Great experience. Connie was amazing at communicating during the entire process of getting my BMW fixed. Lance also did an amazing job! Should I need any work in the future I will return. Highly recommend to others in North Florida

I was in an accident with a coworker who owns a Mercedes. Unfortunately this is the only place in town that will repair them. They charge much higher labor rates than other repair shops in town, far beyond what your insurance will cover. I was at fault in our accident, and my coworker could not get his car back from them until I paid an additional $350 beyond what my insurance already paid them. If this shop thinks you have money, they will take advantage of you. Don't take your car here.

My car was brought here for front end damage. I denied service they priced the work at 12k. I don’t live in Florida so I had to travel to tow the car. I leave a gun in my truck in a compartment. When I came to pick the car up my gun was missing. They showed no concern the manager would not give me the owners number. Had to file a police report. I’m pretty sure I won’t be getting my gun back.

They’re the Best! A deer and I didn’t see eye to eye. They were honest, restored my car, worked with my insurance company, and got me rolling again! Great work both times! Very nice staff!

Roslund's has been my go-to for vehicle repairs for years, and their recent service reaffirmed why they're my trusted choice. When I had an accident and needed to get my Jeep repaired, I knew Roslund's was the place to go. Their attention to detail and genuine desire to help their customers are truly remarkable. They didn't just stop at repairing my Jeep; they went the extra mile to advocate for me when my insurance company was trying to shortchange the necessary repairs. Thanks to Roslund's, my insurance paid out the right amount. The quality of their work is unbeatable, and the entire team is incredibly friendly. My primary point of contact was Lance, who's a true professional. He was always there to answer my questions and kept me informed throughout the repair process. If you're looking for a body shop that combines top-notch craftsmanship with outstanding customer service, look no further than Roslund's. They've earned my trust over the years, and I can't recommend them enough. Thanks to Roslund's, my Jeep looks and runs as good as new!
